Electronic Crates
Crating electronic devices requires a partnership with our customer. We converse and obtain an understanding of what the apparatus does and how it is constructed, and we use this information to devise the proper packaging solution before building and packing the crate. We use several products and techniques to protect the equipment until received by the end user. We may use foam floors or floating bases, air cushions or Skid Mates, foam walls or padded lumber for blocking and bracing, hermetically sealed bags for cleanliness and moisture barriers, E.S.D. bags or foam. We stencil instructions and make use of labels such as Shock & Tilt Watch devices to act as warnings for mishandling during transit.
